SHL twinwall flexible flue liner is used to reline a chimney, normally a masonry or concrete built chimney.
7″ diameter 316 twinwall flexible flue chimney liner is predominantly used when installing a large output stove or insert in your home. Usually this stove is installed where a heat producing appliance such as a fireplace had been installed previously because there is an existing chimney flue in place. 7″ diameter 316 twinwall flexible flue chimney liner is then used to reline this chimney.
After installing any length of 7″ diameter 316 twinwall flexible flue chimney liner in Ireland, the solid fuel burning stove or heat producing appliance is permitted to burn bituminous coal, peat and seasoned timber, in addition to smokeless fuel or biomass wood pellets. For more information about this, please click on the Downloads Tab above to download the 2014 Irish Building Regulations governing Heat Producing Appliances.
You will need to join this piece of 7″ diameter 316 twinwall flexible flue chimney liner to some connecting flue pipe by means of a start-off manchette adapter and in addition, you should protect the top of the flue with a chimney cowl, we have many chimney cowl options to view on this website but the Anti Bird / Anti Rain Chimney Cowl would be a good choice. Finally, the newly installed 7″ diameter 316 twinwall flexible flue chimney liner must be insulated, we recommend AGC Thermal Wrap.
If for example, you need 6 or 9 meters of 7″ 316 twinwall flexible chimney liner please add 6 or 9 of these 1 meter lengths when adding the product to the shopping cart.
